Extra-fresh caviar
Christmas Caviar is a caviar for the season! It is lightly matured for just a few days. Its particularly firm grains roll perfectly in the mouth, providing a lovely freshness. The salt, which has not yet penetrated the egg membrane, offers a fleeting saline attack that gives way to a gourmet progression on the palate, with surprising notes of fresh hazelnuts.
The grains are detached, with gray/golden-green highlights* (*trend).

Tasting tips
Sturia Christmas caviar is a surprising caviar! It's a festive, gourmet product, ideal for the festive season.
To sublimate its freshness, choose a full-bodied, dry white wine, fairly aromatic, with floral, mineral and even smoky notes! Or a Champagne Blanc de Blancs.

Breeder, Producer, Selector - Refiner of French caviar (in Aquitaine), Sturia is present from egg to egg. Our sturgeons are born and raised on our own farms in Aquitaine, France. Our caviar is then made by hand, using traditional know-how, in our production workshop, also located in France, Aquitaine. This presence throughout the chain, from the birth of our sturgeon to marketing, enables us to ensure strict traceability of our caviar.
